"Little man" "kujito"Kujo was our first hedgehog. ivan got him from a breeder. He started off as a grumpy & shy lil man but overtime grew very comfortable around us. He loved to play tug-o-war with his toys and he also loved to cuddle. chicken was his favorite food. he also loved beetles & super worms. this hedgehog was so special that he actually got his own birthday cake. like, a real one!kujo was very special. he was like a son to us. He was 5 years old. he will always be remembered as our hedgehog ambassador. kujo was respectfully and lovingly aquamated on July 16th 2022 and we have his urn on display in our home.we love and miss you kujo
"stitchy boi""lil dude"
[08/06/22] - [05/03/23]birthdate unknown. using adoption date instead.
our first rescue. he was found at a local pet store and we immediately knew upon first glance that he needed our help. having to be treated for mites, getting a non-cancerous mouth growth surgically removed, & swapped to a soft puree'd kibble diet to assist with his lack of teeth. When we picked him up for the first time, he immediately laid on his side and got really comfy in our hands. We knew this was him begging us to take him home.after hanging out under blankets for a bit, he enjoys coming out into the open, plop down and hang out with us. stitches had a face that was easy to fall in love with and he quickly became popular among friends for his extremely cute pig-like face and quirky personality.stitches passed away peacefully on ivan's lap after slowing down for a month or two. presumed to be of old age. he was lovingly aquamated on may 9th 2023.we love and miss you.

our first girl. she was up for sale in a facebook group. we drove 2 hours north florida to get her. she is very smol and very physically active. she loves to explore and she's an absolute fiend for worms!she can be difficult to handle because she's always on the move. always squirming around in your hands. she's not a very affectionate hedgehog but she loves to go on adventures.
"yukini" "little yuki" "princess yuki"
[03/17/23] - [12/12/25]
yuki is our newest addition to the family. she's our first albino and she's got very pretty red eyes. she's very much a daddy's girl. she's the most "princess" hedgehog we've ever had. she loves ivan, and is hesitant around most others. she's a very cuddly girl. she's also taken a liking to paper towels, as she's been seen on camera carrying paper towels back into her house.it took her a while to stop being scared of worms. but one day we decided to leave a worm in a bowl in her cage overnight and she worked up the courage to eat it on her own. ever since, she's been absolutely crazy for them. whenever she knows a worm is nearby, she'll make this almost predator-like growling noise as she looks for it. none of our other hedgehogs have done that. overall she really loves to eat.jan 25 2024 - yuki had to get surgery to remove a growth in her uterus that was causing her to bleed as well as having issues going to the bathroom. she has since then made it through the surgery and has made a full recovery.may 9 2025 - a little after her 2nd birthday, yuki's showing signs of wobbly hedgehog syndrome. she struggles to move around and has to be fed with a syringe. she will continue to receive lots of love and cuddles.sept 24 2025 - she's pretty much completely incapable of moving on her own now. ivan goes above and beyond to syringe feed her food, hold her up while she goes to the bathroom, and continues giving her lots of love. it's safe to say the WHS is developing. and we will continue to help her through it until the bitter end.dec 11 2025 - we've made the most difficult decision to lay yuki to rest. she never stopped being loved until the very end. unfortunately her quality of life had degraded so much and we had to do it now before it got even worse. we love and miss you so much yuki.
